package a - original web design
Your web pages will be hosted by your own web hosting provider with the domain name of your choice (http://www.yourname.com or .com.my/.biz/.net etc). We provide the ORIGINAL web design and maintenance services.
Yearly fee is only payable to your own web hosting/domain provider. NO yearly hosting fee payable to us.
package b - template based web design
Your web pages will be hosted by your own web hosting provider with the domain name of your choice (http://www.yourname.com or .com.my/.biz/.net etc). Your website will be customised from an existing template. We will customise the colours, fonts and images for you, so that it will look different and fresh for you.
Note that even template based web designs are costing RM800 ~ RM1000 currently.
Yearly fee is only payable to your own web hosting/domain provider. NO yearly hosting fee payable to us.
package c - template based web design - hosted on our server
Your web's URL will be http://www.malaysiawebs.com/yourbusiness.
There's no need to get your own web hosting/domain provider. NO YEARLY FEE payable to anyone! To keep it free, we reserve the right to insert a small unobtrusive ad.
cms (content management system)
CMS can be integrated into your website so that you can login anytime to post news, announcements or articles. The integrated CMS system is light (not resource intensive) and very easy to use. It has a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor, supports file upload and creates search engine friendly URLs for your postings.
You can use this system for posting announcements, news or articles so that you can keep your customers up to date and informed. See the demo website and test drive the CMS. If you'd like the password to log into the admin/dashboard area, please contact us.
Requirement: Your web hosting must support PHP and MySQL (we can check for you).
maintenance
In order for your website to be up to date, you may want to hire us to do the updates (product info, contact details, images update, company news, promotions, offers, events etc) and provide you with support/consultation. If you have CMS installed, we will also make sure your database is optimized and runs smoothly. Just email us the details and we'll update for you. We'll also make sure your website runs smoothly and liase with your hosting provider if there're any technical problems.
Only minor non-structural/non-design changes as listed above, limited to max 5 times/month. Well, if sometimes you need to update more than 5 times in a month, we will definitely try to oblige, without charges. Support and consultation through email or phone is also provided.
Package A and B: RM300 per year (optional for 2nd year onwards, 1st year is free)

An interactive map from Google Maps can be integrated into your contact page. Visitors can change zoom levels, move around the map and also see the satellite view of your premise. See interactive Google Maps in action on our demo website (CMS is also integrated on the demo site).
google custom search engine
It's a search box customized for visitors to search your web pages (and also CMS generated contents). You can test a real google custom search engine located at our home page.
Order
No payment is needed before you see our work! Just request us to start work(or send us a P.O). We'll then send you the proposed design and start the coding after your approval.
50% deposit payment shall be made after we've sent you the proposed design and you agree to proceed. Coding of your website will begin after the 50% payment has been received.
web hosting and domain name
We only focus on the 'content' part of a website, like design, maintenance, updates and optimization -- just like how reliable and trustworthy web hosting companies focus only on hosting/domain name.
Furthermore, if you want a domain name(with hosting), it's wiser to register your own web hosting/domain name account with a reliable hosting provider. Why? Well, so that you have full control and ownership of your own domain name and web content (consider it as an extension of your physical business). You may not want to end up with a 'reseller' web hosting provider which doesn't even have its own infrastructure. Get your site hosted with the 'primary' web hosting provider, you'll have better peace of mind.
If you prefer, we can arrange and include a reliable & reasonably priced hosting package for you (~RM150/year, hosting plus domain name -- yes, that's all it takes to keep your complete website running).
Note that we only affiliate with and recommend web hosting companies that, from our experience, are reliable, reputable and reasonably priced. But you're still free to choose whichever hosting company you like.
