Why is your fee so low? Are you doing sub-standard jobs?
No, we're not delivering sub-standard designs. We deliver professional looking, simple yet sleek, optimized, effective and standards compliant web designs. There're lots of other less visually appealing or even non-standards compliant or non-search engine optimized designs with much higher 'price tags'.
We're experts in the technical areas like coding, standards, web technology, electronics, computer etc. And we take into consideration all the important aspects like aesthetics(visual appeal), loading speed, search engine optimization, semantics(language) and usability, not just the visual aspect.
We're able to charge the lowest fee, yet incorporate all the important aspects into your design because we've reduced or completely eliminated unnecessary cost/expenses. For example, we work exclusively through the web and phone -- and the savings are passed to you, our client.
What type of clients do you accept?
Every business should have a niche. Here's how we'd like to describe our niche -- Providing small to medium businesses with the most cost-effective yet high-quality web services.

Pay us only after everything has been completed and after you receive an email invoice from us (we work exclusively through the web and paperlessly too -- yup, we're environmentally friendly)
Do you provide web hosting or domain name registration?
We only focus on the 'content' part of a website -- just like how reliable and trustworthy web hosting companies focus only on hosting/domain.
Furthermore, it's wiser for you to register your own web hosting/domain name account with a reliable hosting provider. Why? Well, so that you have full control and ownership of your own domain name and web content (consider it as an extension of your physical business). You may not want to end up with a 'reseller' web hosting provider which doesn't even have its own infrastructure. Get your site hosted with the 'primary' web hosting provider.
We can recommend reliable and reasonably priced Malaysian hosting packages (~RM150/year, hosting plus domain name -- yes, that's all it takes to keep your complete website running). It'll take just a few minutes to get it done. Once you've received the hosting account details from the hosting provider, forward to us and we'll do the rest.
Note that we're not affiliated with any web hosting companies. We only recommend the ones from our experience are reliable, reputable and reasonably priced. You're free to choose whichever hosting company you like.
